REFUND POLICY

REFUNDS

All goods sold on our Site are non-refundable.

We provide refunds for services sold on our Site or through Lizz Pennings as follows: - Services will be fully refunded if the services were paid for prior to the service date and cancelled at least 4 weeks before the services were scheduled to be provided. This does not include the booking deposit for confirmation of services.

Booking deposits that are paid for confirmation of services are non-refundable.

All sales are final once services have been fulfilled and no refund can be issued.
