  • Arrival Time: Please arrive 20 to 10 minutes prior to the start time to ensure you are settled and we can start on time.

  • Parking: Please arrive with enough time to calmly find parking. Free parking is available on the street around the studio. The light rail is a great option as it will take you to Crown Street, and the Yoga Studio is only a couple of minutes' walk from that light rail station.

  • Clothing: Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in. Tight yoga clothes are not necessary; loose pants are absolutely a great idea! If you wear a loose shirt, you might like to tuck it in for the Vinyasa Yoga Flow.

  • Experience Level: No yoga experience is required! This is a beginner-friendly event. All you need to do is rock up, relax, and enjoy! You will be guided the whole way.

  • Footage and Phones: You are welcome to capture minimal footage for your socials during the event as long as it is minimal and you are not interfering with anyone else's experience. Phones must be on silent throughout the event.

  • Belongings: You may bring a drink bottle and layers of clothing into the studio, but all other belongings are to be left in a locker in the reception area. Filtered water is available at the studio.

  • Yoga Mats and Props: All yoga mats and props are provided for your convenience.

  • Dietary Recommendations: It is recommended not to arrive on a full stomach. Please refrain from eating a large meal within two hours of the event. Additionally, it is advised to avoid consuming caffeine within two hours prior to the event.

  • Ceremonial Cacao: We will be sharing ceremonial cacao. Cacao contains a myriad of active ingredients that increase serotonin and stimulate dopamine and noradrenaline, which collectively lower stress and increase pleasure, motivation, and happiness. It also contains anandamide, also known as “the bliss chemical,” and phenethylamine (PEA), which functions as a natural anti-depressant that stimulates focus and energy. In addition to being delicious and nutritious, cacao is a sacred plant medicine that when shared with respect and acknowledgement for its traditional custodians, is a powerful tool for heart opening, self-exploration, meditation, and connection.
