Lizz is offering personalised 1:1 face-to-face Yoga sessions to anyone starting out on their Yoga journey to help them achieve their personal goals, whether on or off the mat.

Learn simple techniques to manage stress, fall asleep easier, stretch, improve flexibility, learn meditation and mindfulness, gain strength, improve your confidence and learn techniques you can practise at home, in a yoga class and in the gym.

Customized “Heal Yourself” Yoga sessions are tailor-made to suit your comfort levels and personal goals no experience is needed, and no flexibility is needed. If you can breathe, you can do Yoga! Embrace your journey and dive deep, or not.. and learn how to heal yourself. Whatever that means for you and however that shows up for you.

EVERYONE HAS THE ABILITY TO HEAL THEMSELVES. AND BY DOING SO, HEAL THOSE AROUND THEM.

Who is this for? This offering is designed specifically for those who are starting out on their Yoga journey, curious about Yoga and Meditation and who are wanting to learn simple techniques they can apply every day to improve their well-being, strength and flexibility. Absolutley no Yoga or Meditation experience is required. You do not need to be flexible or be able to stand on your head! If you can breathe, you can do Yoga!

Where are the sessions held? Lizz will come to you! The benefit of practising at home is Lizz will help you cultivate a space for you to call your own. Your very own “zen den”

Can I do this with a friend? This offering is available for individuals, two people and three people. If you are wanting Lizz to tailor-make an offering for a small or private group of 3+ people please send a message below so she can discuss the options that may be available for you!

Your Self HEAL 1:1 Yoga journey includes:

1x 45 min goal setting session Conducted face to face. Lizz will guide you through a centering practice to start your session allowing you to open up about your goals and share any concerns for the next 7 weeks. Lizz will provide you with an insight into what you can expect and how to prepare for your journey including a simple meditation practice you can implement right away!

6x 75min 1:1 hands-on Vinyasa Yoga Flow sessions Every 1:1 Yoga session will include a centring, warm up, flow, stretch, and savasana cleansing ceremony paired with a sound healing bath. Hands-on assists and adjustments are available if you wish. There will be time for Q&A before and after. All classes are tailormade to your personal goals and suited perfectly for beginners.

1x 60 min post-journey review face-to-face session This very special session is a closing ceremony to reflect, release and invite in your fresh intention for your new self! Space and time held for you to honour your commitment, recognise your growth and set intention moving forward. This closing ceremony can include all or just one of the below. An Oracle card reading, Plant Medicine Cacao and nourishing raw superfood cakes. Already included in your investment. A beautiful reward for your efforts x
