Surya Flow: Elemental Sunrise Yoga - TUESDAY + THURSDAY 5:15AM + SATURDAY 8:15AM
Begin your day with Surya Flow, a unique blend of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, rooted in the ancient wisdom of classical Indian yoga and the reverence for sunrise as a sacred time for practice. In both Hatha and Vinyasa traditions, practicing yoga at dawn is believed to harness the powerful solar energy of Surya, the sun god, aligning our inner light with the rhythms of nature and creating balance for body, mind, and spirit.
The class begins with grounding breathwork (pranayama), awakening the body's energy channels and preparing you for a dynamic flow that harmonizes with the five elements—earth, water, fire, air, and ether. We weave Hatha's mindful postures with Vinyasa's fluid sequences, creating a practice that energizes the body while maintaining deep focus and presence. As the sun rises, this flow fuels the body’s prana, or life force, promoting strength, vitality, and clarity for the day ahead.
Each class concludes with a soothing Savasana, where you'll be invited to fully relax and absorb the benefits of the practice. During this time, there may be the added healing elements of crystal sound bowls or hands-on Reiki, enhancing the deep state of rest and restoring your energetic balance.

Yin & Unwind: Restorative Sunset Yoga - THURSDAY 5:15PM
As the sun sets, embrace deep relaxation and healing with Yin & Unwind, a calming practice that is the perfect yin to the active yang of your morning flow. In yoga philosophy, the balance of yin and yang reflects the harmony between activity and stillness, effort and ease. This evening practice allows you to slow down, offering a restorative counterbalance to the dynamic energy of your day.
Yin & Unwind is a deeply soothing practice that focuses on long-held, floor-based postures. In both Yin and Restorative Yoga, poses are held for several minutes, allowing your muscles to relax and your connective tissues to release tension. This extended stillness opens energy pathways, promoting healing and balance throughout the body. It’s a practice of deep stretching and surrender, helping to ease the physical, mental, and emotional layers of tension built up over the day.
